Dr. Jouhaina Razzouk is a licensed clinical psychologist with 16 years of experience in the Mental Health field. She practices using an integrative model that draws upon psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive, as well as mindfulness based approaches. Dr. Razzouk also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a method to target emotional trauma. Special interests include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma resulting from sexual, physical or emotional abuse, divorce, sexual orientation/gender identity related issues, crisis intervention, family/marital conflict, relationship issues, grief, weight loss and body image issues, parent counseling, and emotional issues inhibiting personal growth.
Dr. Razzouk received her Doctorate in Psychology from Wright State University, where she also taught as an adjunct faculty. She has been a participant of the Oxford Round table in Oxford, England presenting on the psychology of men and women. Dr. Razzouk has also been the recipient of the Excellence Award from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. She is currently practicing as a licensed Clinical Psychologist in New Jersey, USA. Dr. Razzouk is fluent in both English and Arabic.

Services will be provided via video teleconferencing. All communications are secure and confidential. It is a perfect alternative for office based therapy for people who prefer the comfort and convenience of receiving services without leaving home.
Dr. Razzouk refrains from offering services to individuals who are actively suicidal as they may be better served through local psychotherapists and resources.
